Ogori Warehouse Special Early Sign Up Pre-registration Form (Business Executive Member)

Special Early Sign Up Enrollment: The first year of your membership is good for more than one 12-month period from the date of enrollment.

In order to complete the registration process, please pick up your membership card at the warehouse after pre-registration.

Normally, membership is valid until one year after registration, but with this special early sign up enrollment, membership is valid until one year after the opening month of Ogori Warehouse, which gives you an extreme value of over one year’s worth of membership!

Your membership allows you to start shopping immediately at any Costco warehouses in Japan / Costco Japan Online and Costco warehouses worldwide, so you can enjoy Costco shopping even before Ogori Warehouse opens!

(Annual fee for add-on is required.)
If you want to be issued an add-on card, please visit any local Costco warehouse with Employment document with your company's name and ID.
